How am I spending my evenings you know? Watching my two lovely pairs of Budgies or Love birds! You can spend hours watching them play. Watch the Video carefully and you will know, how one of them tried to put her head between legs and took it back again!!

Reminds me of the pair I had. One bad morning a bad bird pecked one of the innocent ones dead. I had blogged on it.

yes, i could see two birds in a cage, a small cage.
I could hear the birds say there is no rescue. We will have to remain in this jail for life.
I wonder how anyone could appreciate birds in cages.
Had you pictured them on a perch of a tree. It wouldve been beautiful.
But then, how will you OWN them then.
Dont retort with anger. Instead think, put yourself in the birds place and ask yourself. Do you find teh humans who caged you cute.

the birds are sho chweet. But it pains me to see them in a cage :(. I visited Kathmandu this summer and saw something very different. At the entrance of a temple, a bird seller was sitting there with many birds in a cage. You choose which bird you want and he would release them for you. We were quite skeptical, but I insisted and we released 2 birds. The joy we got from that was so much that we asked him to release 6 more!If only I could've asked him to release all...sigh...
